I cannot figure out the directions on Word Press to changing my credit card number so I’ll be waiting for my assistant to return and go through the maze for me,

and learned that “It’s not usually possible to tell if you’re looking at a bull or cow just by looking at their face. You’d need to get a look at their bellies to tell them apart for sure. Udders are only visibly present in cows.”

What Do They Say in the Locker Room About Incest?

Published October 11, 2016 by Nan Mykel

“Have yoivankau seen him being super creepy with his daughter? What an uncool dad.”  –Posted on Kos along with  a photo of Ivanka (Tiffany) sitting on Donald’s lap.  One comment received  was something like “Happy to keep it in the family,”  whereupon another poster responded to the effect that remarks like that could cause incest survivors pain.  The exchange disappeaed before I got it copied perfectly.

How Did I Not Know…

I just woke up, sitting in the dark at my computer.  When I opened my e-mail I was startled by the sentence, “MISSISSIPPI –Did you know-President Teddy Roosevelt refused to shoot a bear here… that’s how the teddy bear got its name.”?  Just thought you’d like to know…And thanks to cousin Paul Craghead for the info..

Actually, I’m writing this to avoid a roto-something in my bathtub drain right now and cleaning agents out from under my kitchen sink due to a disposal that went on strike. That’s why I’m here with you instead of in my bathroom or kitchen.

Bats in the Belfry, oh no! for d’verse

Open Link Night?

What a fright!

What view of the world

Shall now be unfurledl?

Leaves going brown

all over town?  But no

romp in the soup

nor  poop in the sloop.

(Word salad is a symptom,

did you know?)

It’s a  chance to SHOW

what we think best

but this won’t suffice

’cause I can’t entice

the words to flow right.

Tonight.

Sorry isn’t half

of it.

I don’t blame Blenza

for saying my URL

MUST begin with

that’s fine.

When did you stop believing?

Could be Santa Claus

The tooth fairy

Monsters under your bed

Jack Frost

The Easter Bunny

or more real things…

Like ability to move up

with hard work and then

you do not

That you are adored by

peers and they disappear?

Politics, not touching:)

Good luck…

Bad luck….

No luck…

We all have struggles

We all do deal

Some are better

Some are not

It’s not related to being

smart…LOL

How about romance?

Do you still believe in

LOVE?

Or just hearing the words?

In an era easy to cheat with

many things it is easy to

not believe

So, do you at all?

STUFF

There comes a time in the life

of a long-lived hoarder that

what came in now goes out.

Family should want it  andcherish it and organize and

archive it— that’s it! Archive!

It’s someone else’s life, though, and

will moulder with their own stuff.;

their very own precious  stuff.

Grandma called her china her

“heart’s blood.” –That’s what my letters

and sqiggles and  sentimental

cachets are, “stuff.”  Old photos

tug at  heart–strings, like echoes

of old hymns.  Would it have been

better to let these relics sift

through our fingers at the time?

Much too late, hoarder!  Now kiss

them goodbye and try to smile..                                                                               Nan
