I remember when the term “conspiracy theorist” was one of derision.  Now I find myself wondering if Trump is behind the mysterious sounds driving embassy personnel in Cuba back to the USA.  I do know that his reversal of Obama’s Cuban policies has resulted in more Russian activity in Cuba’s economy (The Week, Jan. 12, 2018).  I keep getting the notion that we are being set up by our own titular president.
