Best I can say and got it from another blogger:
Write up your piece in Word first. Copy the whole thing (minus title) and simply paste it. To copy: highlight the piece, ctrl+c then go to the editor and press ctrl+v. Else use the copy and paste feature by pressing the right mouse button and choose the copy and eventually paste feature.
