Haven’t the foggiest what it may mean. There is a forums page where you can place a query. From your dashboard page, right at the very bottom you’ll see a list of links. Click on the ‘Forums’ button which will take you to a page where you can place your query. Remember to click the: notify me via email of further comments so you can trace your query.
