The cherry blossoms are blooming in Athens, Ohio! Tulip trees and bradford pears fill the landscape also. Went for a scenic ride with my daughter on the rural backroads of Meigs County and came across this scene, north of Gallipolis, Ohio:
We saw the flowers in my front yard when we got home. Don’t know what they are, but they’re lovely.
I had no idea where you lived … why, we’re practically neighbors! I live in a northern ‘burb of Cincinnati. Yes, we are seeing blossoms on the Asian Pear tree, buds on other trees, and my crocuses popped up a week or two ago. What’s missing are the dandelions and the bees … essential to life on earth! Hopefully they are just ‘sleeping in’ this year!

It’s just a girl with one arm in the air, waving ‘Hi’.

Don’t we all! Today, my granddaughter and I went walking at a park behind our house. I was a lap or so behind her, and mistook a large rock for her! 👓
